Find and convert a file to a PDF in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app

You can convert a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file into a PDF from within the Microsoft 365 Copilot app in seconds, ensuring compatibility, security, and ease of sharing.

1. Find the file you want to convert in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app by selecting Search from the left side of the window.

2. Enter the name or other information about the file you want to find, or select a file from the list of suggestions or your files that are shown.

3. Hover over the filename and select  at the right of the filename.

4. Select Convert to PDF.

The PDF will be created and stored in the same folder that the source file is in.
